[To prepare your presentation, you must first have registered in the "Registration" page of this website as a presenter PhD student, and then have submitted your abstract in the "My submissions" page of this site].
Oral communication
Duration: 10 minutes + 5 minutes of questions.
Language: English or French, but English is recommended.
The first slide must include the logos of the FJC 2023, the ED ES and the UBFC (downloadable below).
We ask you to indicate the slide numbers and to make sure that the font size is clearly visible.
Your presentation material (.pdf format REQUIRED and PowerPoint optional) must be sent to the email address fjc.ed.es@gmail.com by Friday, June 2 at 11:59 pm at the latest. The files must be named as follows: "Lastname_Name.pdf" (Lastname_Name.ppt if you also wish to send it in PowerPoint format).
In case of problems, please provide a USB key on the day of the event with your saved presentation.
Poster
A0 format (118.9 x 84.1 cm) with a portrait orientation.
The poster must include the logos of the FJC 2023, the ED ES and the UBFC (downloadable below) and be written entirely in English.
The font size should be at least 24 in Calibri font (excluding references), to be adjusted according to the font used, for maximum readability.
You will be required to make a 3-5 minute oral presentation of your poster in English or French.
The name of the presenter should be underlined on the poster in the list of authors.
The printing of the posters is the responsibility of the laboratories.
ATTENTION: Any poster that does not respect all the above instructions will not be exhibited.
