Welcome to the website of the 2023 edition of the Forum des Jeunes Chercheurs (FJC)!

This annual scientific meeting aims to allow PhD students of the Environnement-Santé doctoral school of the University of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (UBFC) to share their work and exchange on their research topics, while developing collaborations with other participants.

The FJC brings together nearly 300 PhD students from the UBFC laboratories each year. It aims to offer a first scientific experience in an environment similar to that of an international congress, while at the same time being designed as a moment of sharing and benevolence. The objective is simple: to create a space that encourages the scientific development of tomorrow's researchers during their doctoral studies.

The FJC is organized annually by UBFC's volunteer doctoral students, and alternates each year between the two main campuses of the university, Dijon and Besançon. This 28th edition of the Forum des Jeunes Chercheurs will take place at the UFR Sciences & Techniques (propédeutic building) of Besançon on June 6th and 7th, 2023.

During two days, the FJC 2023 will offer a succession of posters and oral communications by PhD students, interspersed with conferences and round tables led by invited researchers. This major event will be an excellent opportunity to meet, learn and practice. Each doctoral student is invited to present his or her research themes and results, while taking care to sufficiently popularize them for a multidisciplinary audience. The best presentations and posters will be rewarded!

The themes are diverse, covering genetics, botany, neurobiology, oncology, geology, climatology, and many others. All topics are welcome for the 28th edition of this event.

Register and join us at the UFR Sciences & Techniques in Besançon on June 6th and 7th, 2023!
